On Thursday, September 4th, 2025, in the presence of Dr. Diyar Abdulkarim Saeed, President of the University of Zakho, along with members of the university council, the Health Festival of the College of Medicine at the University of Zakho was held at Kelha Zakho (Zakho Castle).

It is worth noting that during the festival, the results of several scientific studies conducted by the College of Medicine were presented, and a number of essential medical examinations were provided free of charge to the local community.
